黄褐油葫芦不同发育阶段维生素含量与抗氧化酶活性分析

摘  要:
研究了药用昆虫黄褐油葫芦虫体在不同发育阶段维生素含量和抗氧化酶活力,结果表明,该种昆虫虫体富含3种维生素,且抗氧化酶活力较高。其中:维生素A含量和超氧化物歧化酶活力与发育阶段呈负相关;维生素B2含量和过氧化氢酶活力与发育阶段呈正相关。维生素A等4种抗氧化因子可能是此种昆虫体内主要的抗氧化抗衰老的活性因子。

摘  要:
A study was conducted to determine the content of vitamin and the activity of antioxidant enzyme of Teleoqzyllus derelictus Gorochov in different growth stage. Results showed that the contents of three kinds of vitamins and the activities of antioxidant enzymes were higher. There were negative correlations between the content of vitamin A, the activity of superoxide dismutase and the total growth stage. But the content of vitamin B2 and the activity of catalase were positively correlated with the growth stage. Four kinds of antioxidant factors including vitamin A and superoxide dismutase may be the primary active factors against oxidation and caducity in Teleoqzyllus derelictus Gorochov.
