摘  要:
The dietetic culture in China is extensive and profound,which is the fruit of wisdom and labor and makes up of the important part of traditional culture,too.Ancient food historical literature in China was a kind of word dietetic culture.Many scholars studied this problem and in this thesis the systematic study and knowledge of ancient food historical literature in China were conducted by means of traditional cooking.
