生态高度与小麦品质的关系

摘  要:
西藏麦区地理上属于低纬度高海拔地区,这种环境特点必然影响到小麦的生育期和品质性状。为了给西藏小麦的优质种植从品种和环境两方面提供一些试验依据,1998~2001年期间在西藏麦区的林芝、日喀则、拉萨试验点,以及黄淮冬麦区和北部冬麦区的杨陵和北京两个试验点,用统一的春小麦和冬小麦品种分别做了3个年度的春播和秋播异地种植田间试验。结果表明,在西藏麦区、黄淮冬麦区和北部冬麦区范围内,生态高度(纬度×海拔)与生育期呈正相关;生育期分别与籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉淀值、降落值呈负相关;生态高度也分别与籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉淀值、降落值呈负相关。

摘  要:
Tibetan wheat region belongs to a low latitude and high elevation geographic area. This environment necessarily affects the growth period and quality characters of wheat. In order to provide experimental basis for planting Tibetan wheat from two aspects of varieties and environment, three experiment locations were arranged in Linzhi, Rikaze and Lasa of Tibetan wheat region; one location in Yangling of Yellow and Huai Rivers winter wheat region, one location in Beijing of Northern winter region. With the same springness and winterness wheat varieties, different experiments of springsown and autumnsown wheat were conducted during 1998~2001. The results indicated that ecological height (latitude × elevation) was positively correlated to growth period in Tibetan wheat region, Yellow and Huai Rivers winter wheat region and Northern winter wheat region. Growth period had obvious influence on some quality characters, and it was negatively correlated to seed protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value, falling number, respectively. The relationships between the ecological height and seed protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value, falling number were negatively correlative respectively.
