主轴交流伺服系统稳定性控制策略研究

摘  要:
基于交流电机矢量控制理论 ,结合某加工中心主轴交流伺服系统 ,给出了该伺服系统基于传函的控制框图。应用 Matlab语言与 Simulink仿真工具 ,对不同伺服参数配置下的加工中心主轴动态性能进行了数值计算和动态仿真 ,得到了这些参数对主轴交流伺服系统稳定性的影响规律 ,进行了主轴交流伺服系统稳定性控制策略的初步研究。

摘  要:
Applying vector control theory of AC (alternating current) motor and combining a machining center spindle AC servo system, the paper deduces the spindle AC servo system transfer function. This transfer function includes nonlinear term that occurs when the decoupling condition of vector control is destroyed. Further more, the paper makes use of Matlab and Simulink to process numerical calculation and dynamic simulation for spindle AC servo system under various servo parameters configuration. At last, the paper gained the laws that these servo parameters affected spindle AC servo system. These laws are very useful to choose servo parameters so as to make the spindle AC servo system work stably and reliably.
