基于工控机的日光温室灌溉自动控制系统的开发

摘  要:
针对日光温室微灌设备设计了一种基于工控机的灌溉自动控制系统。系统以工控机为核心,采用分布式远程模块完成数据的采集与控制信号的发送。系统底层的控制程序由VB开发,通过DDE与“组态王”开发的人机界面进行数据交换,控制算法采用专家决策系统。为此,对系统的硬件配置、上位机应用软件设计进行了较详细地讨论。

摘  要:
This paper introduces a irrigation auto-control system based on the industrial computer for the micro-irrigation equipment in the solar greenhouse.The core of this system is IPC and the distributed remote moulds are used for the date acquisition and control signal sending.The background control program of the system is developed in VB.The human machine interface is developed in Kingview Software.And the data exchange between control program and HMI is realized by DDE.The control algorithm adopts decision-making expert system.There's a detailed description of hardware construction and software design in the paper.
