超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸的工艺优化

摘  要:
【目的】对超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸工艺条件进行优化,为其进一步开发利用提供理论参考。【方法】以蒙古口蘑为材料,以总酚酸含量衡量超声辅助提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度对蒙古口蘑总酚酸提取效果的影响。【结果】影响超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸的因素顺序依次为:乙醇体积分数>料液比>提取温度>提取时间,其最佳提取工艺条件为:以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶40、提取温度60℃的条件下提取15 min,蒙古口蘑总酚酸含量为15.64±0.32 mg/g。【结论】超声辅助提取蒙古口蘑总酚酸能有效提高提取效率、缩短提取时间,是高效的提取方法。

摘  要:
【Objective】The ultrasound-assisted extraction process of total phenolic acids from Tricholoma Mongolicum Imai was optimized to provide theory reference for its further exploration. 【Method】Using T. Mongolicum Imai as materials,the ultrasound-assisted extraction process was estimated in terms of total phenolic acids yield. Based on the single factor experiment, the effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and temperature on the total phenolic acids yield were investigated by using L9(34)orthogonal testes. 【Result】The influence factors of extraction yield in sequential order were ethanol concentration>material-liquid ratio>extraction temperature> extraction time. The optimal technological conditions were as follows: extraction solvent of 80% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40, extraction temperature of60 ℃ and extraction time of 15 min. Under the optimal condition,the content of extracted total phenolic acids was 15.64±0. 32 mg / g. 【 Conclusion 】 The ultrasound- assisted extraction process of total phenolic acids from T. Mongolicum Imai can improve efficiency and shorten time, which is efficient extraction method.
