小花棘豆解毒剂对小白鼠的急性毒性试验

摘 要：
试验通过动物急性毒性试验观察解毒剂1号和解毒剂2号的毒性反应,预测2种药品的安全剂量范围,为临床研究提供参考信息。该试验主要分为预试验和正式试验两部分。通过预试验得出解毒剂1号的安全剂量为3000mg/(kg·bw),解毒剂2号的安全剂量为200mg/(kg·bw)。经正式试验,在以上2种剂量下解毒剂1号组和解毒剂2号组的小鼠均未出现临床症状和死亡,证明以上2种剂量为安全剂量。

摘 要：
In this study,based on animal acute toxicity test,safe dosages of two kinds of drugs were predicted in order to provide reference for clinic.Antidote security was initially ensured with the dosage of 3 000 mg/(kg·bw) in the 1st antidote and 200 mg/(kg· bw)in the 2nd antidote by pre-test,then mice respectively was injected with the above dosage,there were no clinical symptoms and death among them.It showed that the two kinds of dosage both were safe.
