新型土块破碎机的设计

摘  要:
温室大棚、农业科学研究实验、水稻育秧和花圃都需要用到粗细程度不同的土壤,一般的方法是先用破碎机将土块破碎,然后再将打碎的土块用筛选机械筛选。新型挤压式土块破碎机集破碎与筛选于一体,并能够将土中的杂质如砖头、碎石等与土进行有效分离,从不良出口排除。通过设计压力盘用来调节破碎压力和过载保护。在绞龙轴上的螺旋叶片表面布置了均匀分布的碎料爪,能有效地破碎土块,推动土块顺着轴线向前移动的同时完成破碎功能,包围绞龙的是圆筒状的具有筛孔的筛筒,实现筛理功能。更换不同的筛筒,可以得到不同细度的土壤。

摘  要:
Different fineness soils are used for different cases, such as greenhouses, agricultural scientific experiments, rice seedlings and flower beds. The general method is firstly to use crusher breaking clod, and then to use a sieve for mechanically filtering the crushed clod. A new type of clod crusher can perform both clod crushing and sieving and separate bricks gravel as well. The bricks and gravel are excluded through a waste outlet. A pressure plate is used for adjusting the crusher pressure and overload protection. There are claws used for crushing clod on the helical blade surface of Screw Conveyor. The claws are uniform distribution. The surrounding of the Screw Conveyor is a mesh of cylindrical sieving. The Screw Conveyor working together with the cylindrical sieve can move the clod forward along the axis and effectively push and crush them. Different sieve tubes can achieve different soil fineness.
