摘  要：
漂烫机是蔬菜干燥、冷冻、罐藏等蔬菜深加工的必行设备。蔬菜经过漂烫处理,可以钝化酶的活性,防止褐变,增加细胞膜的透性,加快干燥速度,同时也起到杀菌作用,是很多蔬菜深加工工艺中不可缺少的重要环节。为此,介绍了网带式漂烫机的工作原理、设计、计算及总体参数的确定。

摘  要：
Fulling and scalding machine is a necessary equipment used for vegetable deep processing as drying cold storage, canned storage and so on. By fulling and scalding, activation of vegetable enzyme is blunt, so drying is faster and it realizes sterilization, so they are important processing port. In this paper,the designing and computing of screen conveyer fulling and scalding machine was introduced.The whole parameters of screen conveyer fulling and scalding machine was determined.
