复合肥行业存在问题及发展建议

摘  要：
针对大陆农民偏重肥料外观及易散易溶、基本原料成本过高、复合肥严重供过于求、偏爱高浓度复合肥、缓释复合肥成本过高难以推广等问题,笔者以台湾NK厂的实际经历,对埋床式管状反应器与悬空式管状反应器在动力消耗、燃料消耗、蒸汽消耗、基本原料方面进行比较,提出埋床式管状反应器替代悬空式管状反应器、复合肥产品外销、推广测土配方肥、降低缓释复合肥生产成本来解决上述问题,达到节能降耗的目的。

摘  要：
Based on the existing problems including farmers particular stress on fertilizer, appearance and easy to loose soluble, high cost of basic raw materials, excess production capacity of compound fertilizer, preference for high concentration compound fertilizers, high cost of controlled-release compound fertilizers, etc. The author reveals his experience in Taiwan NK factory,the power consumption,fuel consumption,steam consumption and basic raw materials of embedded type pipe reactor and suspended type pipe reactor are compared,some suggestions including embeded type pipe reactor instead of suspended type pipe reactor,export of compound fertilizer products,promoting formula fertilization by soil testing,reducing the cost of slow-released compound fertilizer are proposed to solve the above problems of achieving the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
