铝胁迫对绿豆根边缘细胞的影响

摘  要：
边缘细胞的成活率与根的长度表现出一定的正相关,而且在相同的长度内,边缘细胞的活性明显受环境中铝浓度的影响,随着铝浓度的提高,边缘细胞的活性下降,同时离体边缘细胞的活性随着时间的延长其成活率下降。

摘  要：
In this paper,the growth of root border cells of mung bean and the effet of aluminum on root border cells had been studied.The results showed that there were definite positive relation between survive probability of root border cells and root length,and with the ascend of the aluminum's concentration,the root border cells' survive probability become lower at the same length.Meanwhile,the survive probability of root border cells in vitro decreased when the time of aluminum stress extended.
