摘  要:
近年来,随着社会经济发展与城乡用水需求的增加,水利工程建设的选址常造成水文站的淹没。对此,各管理部门高度重视,将工程建设对国家基本水文测站的影响分析写入相关规范和相关报告编制规程。本文结合花滩子水库淹没冉氏堂水文站实际情况,通过对流域干、支流分段分析,得到水文设施复建河段结论,提出水库建设影响水文设施后的复建选址思路,以期解决水库淹没水文测站等方面的矛盾问题。

摘  要:
In recent years, with the development of social economy and the increase of water demand in urban and rural areas, the location of water conservancy projects often leads to the inundation of hydrological stations. In this regard, various management departments attach great importance to the analysis of the impact of the project construction on the national basic hydrological station and write it into relevant specifications and relevant report preparation procedures. Based on the actual situation that Huatanzi Reservoir inundates Ranshitang Hydrological Station, through the analysis of the main and tributaries of the basin, the paper obtains the conclusion of the river reach for the reconstruction of hydrological facilities, and puts forward the idea of site selection for the reconstruction after the reservoir construction affects the hydrological facilities, so as to solve the contradiction problems of the reservoir inundation hydrological station and so on.
