黔产枫香树叶黑色素的提取工艺研究

摘 要：
以黔产枫香树(Liquidambar formosana Hance)为材料,采用浸提法提取枫香树叶黑色素,选取最佳提取溶剂,并利用单因素试验考察提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、料液比4个因素对提取效果的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计对其提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,枫香树叶黑色素的最佳提取溶剂为乙醇,最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数40%、提取温度60℃、料液比1∶40、提取时间6 h,在此条件下,枫香树叶黑色素的得率为17.78%。

摘 要：
Using Guizhou Liquidambar formosana Hance as material,the melanin from L. formosana Hance leaves was extracted by soaking extraction method, and the best extraction solvent was selected via experiments. Single factor experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of extraction solvent, extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio on extraction result,and orthogonal design test was carried out to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that,the best extraction solvent for melanin extracting form L. formosana Hance leaves was ethanol,and the best extraction conditions were ethanol40%,water temperature 60 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶40,and extraction time 6 h. Under this condition,the yield of melanin from Liquidambar formosana Hance leaves was 17.78%.
