奶香型调味剂与DDGS协同效应的研究

试验采用单因子设计分为两个处理组。处理组1为全价粉料中添加312香味剂500g.t-1,处理组2为全价粉料中用DDGS替换10%的玉米并添加312香味剂500g.t-1。并对各处理组在第1、7、16、30天分别进行评价香味,考察香气强度和愉悦度。试验结果表明,饲料中添加适量的DDGS可以增强奶香的香气强度和愉悦度,并在饲料加香后的7d内差异显著(P<0.05)。

摘 要:
This experiment adopts the single factor design,have two treatment groups.Complete diet is expected to add 312 flavor 500 g·t-1 for treatment group1 and DDGS replace 10% of the corn in the complete diet and add 312 flavor 500 g·t-1 for treatment group 2.Each treatment group was evaluated the aroma strength and aroma valence in 1,7,16,30 day.The results show that DDGS was added to the feed can increase milk incense fragrance intensity and pleasure,significant difference in 7 days(P<0.05).
