2BMF-3型麦茬地免耕精播机防堵装置的设计与试验

摘 要:
免耕精播机是保护性耕作技术应用较为广泛的农业播种机具之一。为此,针对2BMF-3型号的免耕精播机,通过整机结构及工作原理分析,对其防堵装置进行设计,改善防堵装置的刀片形状、与土壤接触的深度及作业时的运转速度等参数,得出最佳的防堵设计技术参数,保证精播机整体在播种的过程中,取得最优的播种效果。将该设计应用于实际生产中进行验证,结果表明:该装置的设计达到了预期要求。该型式免耕精播机关键防堵部位的设计及生产试验研究,可为其他麦茬地秋季作物播种的机械自动化生产设备和装置的开发、改进及相关技术领域的技能深入发展应用提供一定的参考。

摘 要:
No-tillage precision seeder is one of the most widely used agricultural seeding machines in the conservation tillage technology application. For 2 BMF-3 type no-tillage precision seeder in stubble field,the best stem design technical parameters were obtained through analyzing from the whole machine structure and the working principle,to the designation and research on the key anti-blocking device,and improving a series of parameters such as the blade shape of the anti-blocking device,the depth of the soil contraction and the running speeding in the operation. This can ensure that the crop seeds achieve high soil penetration rate and soil depth rate in field,and the optimal seeding efficiency in the seeding sowing process of precision seeder,the design was applied to the actual production test,and the result is about90%. The design and production test of the key anti-blocking parts about this type no-tillage precision seeder can provide some reference value for the development and improvement of other mechanical automation production equipment in wheat stubble field and the further development and application on the related technology fields.
