摘要：

用地高辛标记鸡大肠杆菌Ｐ型菌毛结构基因（ＰａｐＡ）制成核酸探针，作斑点杂交试验，检测２８个血清型鸡大肠杆菌５０个菌株与该探针的同源性。结果表明有５个菌株被检测为阳性，阳性率为１０％。

摘要：

A nucleic acid probe was prepared by using Type P pill gene labelled with digoxin. 50 strains of 28 serotypes of Escherihia colt were detected for the homogenicity with the probe by dot - blot hybridization test. It was found that 5 out of 50 tested E. colt strains were homogenetic with the probe. The positive rate was 10%.
