饲粮钙水平对蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质和血钙相关指标动态变化的影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究不同饲粮钙水平对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响,以确定大午粉1号蛋鸡后期饲粮钙的需要量。选用68周龄大午粉1号蛋鸡144只,每组4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,3组饲粮的钙水平分别为2.00%、3.66%和4.49%,预试期1周,正试期4周。结果显示:(1)饲粮钙水平对大午粉1号蛋鸡平均蛋重、料蛋比、蛋形指数、蛋白高度、哈氏单位等均无显著影响(P>0.05);2.00%钙水平组在次日2点时的血钙水平显著低于其余处理组(P<0.05);但2.00%钙水平组的甲状旁腺素水平显著高于其余处理组(P<0.05);3.66%钙水平组和4.49%钙水平组的产蛋率显著高于2.00%钙水平组(P<0.05);3.66%钙水平组在第4周的蛋壳强度显著高于其余处理组(P<0.05)。(2)以显著指标产蛋率和蛋壳强度为因变量,饲粮钙水平为自变量,拟合二次曲线得到饲粮最佳钙水平分别为4.30%和3.61%。综上所述,为获得最佳的产蛋性能和蛋品质,大午粉1号蛋鸡后期饲粮钙的需要量为3.96%~4.30%。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary calcium levels on the productionperformance, egg quality and serum biochemical parameters of hens during the postpeakperiod, and then to estimate thecalcium requirement for diets of Dawufen No.1 laying hens. A total of 144 68-week-age Dawufen No.1 laying hens withgood health were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates of 12 birds each, and fed with basal diets supplementedwith 2.00%, 3.66% and 4.49% Ca, respectively. The pre-feeding lasted for 1 week, the feeding trial lasted for 4 weeks.The results showed as follows:(1) Different dietary calcium levels had no significant effects on average egg weight, feed/egg,egg-shape index, albumen height and haugh unit of Dawufen No.1 layer(P>0.05). The lowest concentration of calcium in hens′ blood was recorded for birds fed with 2.00% Ca level(P<0.05), but the highest concentration of PTH in hens′blood was recorded for birds fed with 2.00% Ca level(P<0.05); Also, the laying rate in 3.66% Ca level group and4.49% Ca level group was significantly higher than that in 2.00% Ca level group(P<0.05). In the 4th week, the eggshellstrength in 3.66% Ca level group was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).(2) According to thesensitive indices, laying rate and eggshell strength, to estimate dietary calcium requirement, and the optimum calciumrequirement of diet were 4.30% and 3.61%. It is concluded that the dietary recommendation calcium level was 3.96%to 4.30% for Dawufen No.1 Layers during the postpeak period.
