摘  要:
建立了气相色谱质谱联用法测定肥料中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)的分析方法,主要分为样品的前处理过程和GC-MS分析过程。肥料样品中的2,4-D以酸性乙腈为提取剂用超声波辅助提取,甲酯化衍生处理后进行GC-MS分析。使用INERTCAP5MS/NP毛细管柱程序升温分离,选择质荷比为199的碎片离子定量分析。以3种市售有机肥为样品,2,4-D的加标回收率为63.5%—78.0%,进样溶液浓度在1—80μg/mL内线性良好;样品检出限为0.24μg/g,定量限0.8μg/g。该方法灵敏度高、方便快捷,可用于有机肥料中2,4-D的分析检测。

摘  要:
A method to determine the growth regulator 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) in organic fertilizer was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and its procedure was mainly fore treatment of samples and GC-MS analysis.The 2,4-D of fertilizer samples was ultrasonically extracted with acidic acetonitrile and then converted to methyl ester derivative for GC-MS analysis.The quantitative analysis of samples was made by using INERTCAP 5MS/NP capillary column,programmed temperature and mass to charge ratio of199.The tests for 3 commercial organic fertilizers showed that the 2,4-D recovery rates of spiked samples were63.5%—78.0%,there was a good linearity when the concentration of sample solution was 1—80 μg/mL,the detection limit was 0.24 μg/g,and the quantification limit was 0.8 μg/g.The method was high in sensitiveness and simple in operation,and could be used for assay of 2,4-D in organic fertilizer.
