摘  要：
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定5%氯氟醚菊酯·高效氟氯氰菊酯悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法.采用内装LunaSilica填充物的不锈钢色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以正己烷+乙酸乙酯为流动相,在270nm波长下同时测定试样中氯氟醚菊酯和高效氟氯氰菊酯的含量.分析结果表明,氯氟醚菊酯和高效氟氯氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.023和0.040,变异系数分别为2.21%和0.97%,平均回收率分别为99.18%和99.37%.该方法具有较高的精密度与准确度,操作简便,分离效果好.

摘  要：
The HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient content in meperfluthrin · beta-cyfluthrin 5% SC was established. The simultaneous determination of meperfluthrin and beta-cyfluthrin in the samples was conducted with stainless column packed with Luna Silica and UV-absobance detector at 220 nm, while the mixture solution of hexane-ethyl acetate was used as the mobile phase. The results showed that the standard deviations of meperfluthrin and beta-cyfluthrin were 0.023 and 0.040, variation coefficient were 2.21% and 0.97%, and mean recovery were 99.18% and99.37%, respectively. This method has the advantages of high precision and accuracy, convenient, good separating effect.
