农业高校大学生领导力行为内涵及特征研究——基于华中农业大学大学生领导力行为他评问卷的文本分析

摘 要:
大学生领导力教育正在农业高校蓬勃兴起,然而,农业高校领导力教育的本土研究却相对滞后。采用学生领导力实践行为模型作为理论基础,对华中农业大学487份大学生领导力行为他评问卷进行文本分析,揭示了农业高校大学生领导力行为的内涵及特征。结果表明,农业高校大学生领导力行为主要体现为"以身作则""挑战过程"和"使众人行"三个方面;在展现领导力行为时,农业高校大学生注重个人能力的发挥,忽视与他人和团队的互动;注重解决眼前问题,忽视展望未来;不注重激励人心,且激励方式较为单一。为提高农业高校大学生领导力教育的有效性和针对性,亟需培养大学生成为"愿景型领导者""服务型领导者"和"激励型领导者"。

摘 要:
Leadership education has become an essential part in agricultural universities. However,the studies,which are based on agricultural universities,related with college students' leadership are comparatively rare. Based on the student leadership challenge model and used in text analysis of 487 college students' observer-rating questionnaires,the study reveals the connotation and characteristics of college students' leadership behaviors in agricultural universities. The results show that college students in agricultural universities focus on "model the way","challenge the process"and"enable others to act"concerning leadership behaviors. When exerting leadership behaviors,they pay attention to demonstrating their personal ability while neglecting interaction with others and teams;they attach importance to solve immediate problems while neglecting building vision for the future;they neglect motivating team members and use limited incentive means. To improve the effectiveness of college students' leadership education in agricultural universities,it is urgent for college students to become "visionary leaders","servant leaders"and "inspirational leaders".
