板芩桔甘合剂对人工感染IBV-M41雏鸡生长性能与支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-α mRNA转录的影响

摘  要:
为探讨板芩桔甘合剂(BQJGHJ)对人工感染IBV-M41雏鸡生长性能与支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA转录的影响,将120只雏鸡分为空白组、模型组、阳性药物组、BQJGHJ高、中、低剂量组,每组20只,饮水给药,连用5 d。造模第4天及停药后2 d,测雏鸡的体质量,计算采食量、日增重和饲料增重比。采用H.E染色观察雏鸡的组织学变化;RT-PCR法检测IBV-M41雏鸡支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA转录情况。结果显示,停药后2 d模型组雏鸡的料重比增加,与空白组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);BQJGHJ高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组雏鸡的料重比降低,与模型组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。模型组雏鸡支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA的转录量降低,与空白组相比差异显著(P<0.05);BQJGHJ各剂量组雏鸡支气管中IFN-αmRNA转录量均升高,其中BQJGHJ高剂量组雏鸡支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA转录量,与模型组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),BQJGHJ中、低剂量组和阳性药物组雏鸡支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA转录量,与模型组相比差异显著(P<0.05),BQJGHJ高、中剂量组雏鸡支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA转录量,与阳性药物组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,BQJGHJ能降低感染IBV-M41雏鸡的料重比,提高传染性支气管炎雏鸡支气管中JAK、STAT1、IFN-αmRNA转录量。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of BQJGHJ on growth performance and JAK,STAT1,IFN-α mRNA transcription in bronchi of artificially infected IBV-M41 chicks.120 chicks were divided into blank group,model group,positive drug group,BQJGHJ high,middle and low dose groups,20 chickens in each group,giving medicine through drinking water for 5 days.On the 4 th day of modeling and 2 days after withdrawal,the weight of chicks was weighed,feed intake,daily gain and feed gain ratio were calculated.The histologic changes of chicks were observed by H.E staining,and the transcription of JAK,STAT1,IFN-α mRNA in bronchi of IBV-M41 chicks were detected by RT-PCR.On the 2 nd day after withdrawal,the feed weight ratio of chicks in the model group increased,which was significantly different from that in the blank group(P<0.01);the feed weight ratio of the chicks in the BQJGHJ high,middle and low dose group and the positive drug group,was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.01).The transcription of JAK,STAT1,IFN-αmRNA in the bronchi of the model group was significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.05).The amount of IFN-αmRNA transcript in the bronchi of chicks in each dose group of BQJGHJ was increased,and the amount of JAK,STAT1,IFN-αmRNA in the bronchi of chicks in BQJGHJ high dose group,was significantly different from that of model group(P<0.01).The amount of JAK,STAT1,IFN-α mRNA transcript in the bronchi of chicks in BQJGHJ middle,low dose group and positive drug group,was significantly different from that in model group(P<0.05).The amount of JAK,STAT1,IFN-αmRNA transcrip in the bronchi of chicks in BQJGHJ high,middle dose group,was significantly higher than that in the positive drug group(P<0.05).BQJGHJ could reduce the feed weight ratio of IBV-M41 infected chicks and increase the amount of JAK,STAT1,IFN-αmRNA transcripts in bronchi of chickens with infectious bronchitis.
