城市经营视角下保山市城市发展探讨

摘要：

指出了城市经营是各政府积极探索、推行的城市发展策略,是城市建设、管理的指导思想。在借鉴成熟城市经营模式基础上,从有形资产和无形资产两个方面剖析了保山市城市经营现状特征,提出了保山城市经营思路:确立城市经营目标,发挥政府调控作用;拓展基础设施融资途径,盘活存量资产;挖掘地方优势资源,强化优势产业支撑;突出城市特色经营,建立现代化经营体制。

摘要：

Urban management is urban development strategy which is actively explored and promoted by government,and it is also the guiding ideology of urban construction and management.Based on the analysis of the mature urban management mode,this article analyzes the management features of Baoshan from the aspects of tangible assets and intangible assets,and proposes urban management thinking:setting management goals and exerting government's function of regulation;expanding the approaches of infrastructure financing and tapping the idle assets;mining local advantage resources and strengthening the competitive industry;highlighting the characteristics of urban management and establishing modern management system.
