摘  要:
以种植在宁夏灌区中宁县、灵武市和利通区的中宁圆枣、灰枣、灵武长枣和中部干旱带压砂地上的骏枣成龄树及幼龄树为试材,重点研究喷施3种外源硒肥对灵武长枣和骏枣果实硒含量、口感品质和内在品质的影响。研究结果表明:黄河两岸老灌区枣园0~20 cm土壤硒含量超过了0.222 mg/kg,表层土壤硒含量比深层土壤(20~40 cm)硒含量高34.07%,属于"表聚型"垂向分布特征。中宁生产的中宁圆枣干枣和灰枣干枣为天然富硒红枣,硒含量达10.0~12.0μg/kg。喷施固体硒物质能显著提高果实硒含量,在幼果膨大期喷施2次亚硒肥后,骏枣果实硒含量最高达218.0μg/kg,较对照提高了31.93倍;喷施2次固硒肥,骏枣和灵武长枣硒含量分别达132.0μg/kg、143.0μg/kg。喷施硒肥对骏枣和灵武长枣果实口感品质和内在品质有不同程度的改善。

摘  要:
Taking 'Zhongningyuanzao', 'Huizao', 'Lingwuchangzao' and 'Junzao' jujube in different cultivars respectively in Zhongning County, Lingwu City, Litong District and Gravel-mulched field in central arid zone as testing materials, effect of 3 kinds of selenium application on selenium concentration and taste and chemical quality were studied specifically. The result showed that the selenium concentration within 0~20 cm soil layer exceeded 0.222 mg/kg in jujube orchard of old irrigation areas along the Yellow River; the selenium concentration within 0~20 cm soil layer was 34.07% higher than that within20 ~40 cm soil layer, which belonged to inverted vertical distribution. Dried 'Zhongningyuanzao' and 'Huizao' jujube produced from Zhongning County were natural selenium-enriched, and their selenium concentration reached 10.0 ~12.0μg/kg. Solid selenium application could significantly increase selenium concentration in fruit; and after spraying selenium fertilizer twice at swelling stage, the selenium concentration of 'Junzao' jujube could reach 218.0 μg/kg, which was 31.93 times higher than that of the CK. The selenium concentration of 'Junzao' and 'Lingwuchangzao' jujube reached 132.0 μg/kg and 143.0 μg/kg respectively after spraying solid selenium fertilizer twice. Selenium fertilizer application can improve the taste and chemical quality of 'Junzao' and 'Lingwuchangzao' jujube to some extent.
