浅析新疆奶业发展如何借鉴以色列奶业

摘  要：
新疆是我国五大牧区之一,其地域、资源、气候状况比位于西南亚的小国以色列优越得多,然而以色列却创造了世界奶牛平均单产最高的纪录,而我们新疆无论从奶业市场运作,还是奶牛养殖的技术含量上,都与之相差甚远。本文通过对以色列奶业的生产经营的浅析,结合新疆奶业现状,提出新疆奶业发展过程中的借鉴与对策。

摘  要：
Xinjiang is one of the five big herding areases of our country.Its region,resources and the weather condition are better than that of Israel which is the small country of the southwest Asia.However,Israel created the tallest record of the world average single output of the milk cow.Xinjiang is weaker than Israel on the dairy industry market operation and the cow cultivation technique.This paper analyzed the production and management of dairy cow in Israel and combined the dairy industry present condition in Xinjiang.Finally,we put forward the lesson and strategy of the dairy industry development process of Xinjiang.
