拉萨裸裂尻鱼5种组织乳酸脱氢酶和苹果酸脱氢酶的电泳分析

摘  要：
为了解拉萨裸裂尻鱼的生化遗传特性,采用聚丙烯胺凝胶垂直板电泳分析了拉萨裸裂尻鱼5种组织(心脏、眼睛、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏)的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH),并比较了拉萨裸裂尻鱼和黄河裸裂尻鱼乳酸脱氢酶的差异.结果表明:拉萨裸裂尻鱼的LDH同工酶和MDH同工酶具有组织特异性和个体差异性,所测样本鱼心脏、眼睛、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏中的LDH酶带数分别为12条、12-13条、14-15条、11-13条和10条; MDH酶带数分别为1条、1-3条、1条、1-3条和5条,拉萨裸裂尻鱼的MDH分为上清液型(s-MDH)和线粒体型(m-MDH).

摘  要：
By using the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) isozymes from 5 tissues (heart,eye,muscle,liver and kidney) were preliminarily studied so as to learn about the biochemical heredity characteristics of Schizopygopsis younghusbandi. Meanwhile comparations of LDH isozymes between Schizopygopsis younghusbandi and Schizopygopsis pulzovi were studied.The results showed that: LDH isozymes and MDH isozymes showed tissue specificity and individual variation. The band numbers of LDH isozymes from heart,eye,muscle,liver and kidney were 12,12—13,14—15,11—13 and ten respectively,and MDH isozymes 1,1—3,1,1—3 and 5. MDH isozymes in Schizopygopsis younghusbandi were divided into supernate type and mitochondria type.
