辣椒秸秆快速高温好氧堆肥工艺研究

摘  要：
以辣椒秸秆为主要原料,选用小麦秸秆和鸡粪为调理剂,VT微生物菌剂为接种剂,以升温速率、最高发酵温度、物料损失率和含水率变化等参数研究初始条件对辣椒秸秆快速高温好氧堆肥工艺的影响。结果表明,仅添加小麦秸秆进行堆肥发酵,堆体升温慢、温度低;加入鸡粪和微生物菌剂进行辅助发酵,能够促进堆体升温,加快堆体腐熟。总体来看,在辣椒秸秆与小麦秸秆干质量比为2∶1的基础上添加鸡粪,可使堆体迅速升温且有较好的高温保持时间,降低了物料损失率,含水率也保持在相对理想水平,因此辣椒秸秆-小麦秸秆联合堆肥的理想辅料以鸡粪最佳。

摘  要：
Taking pepper stalk as major material,wheat straw and chicken manure as conditioner,VT microbial agent as inoculant,this paper studied the effect of initial conditions of changes in heating rate,maximum fermentation temperature,material loss rate and moisture content on rapid high temperature aerobic compost technology of pepper stalk.The results showed that only adding wheat straw for composting fermentation was heat up slowly.Adding chicken manure and VT microbial agent could make the pile rapidly heat up and speed up the pile thoroughly decomposed.In general,adding chicken manure on the basis of dry weight ratio of pepper stalk and wheat straw 2∶1 could make the pile rapidly heat up and maintain a long period of time with high temperature,reduce the material loss rate and keep the moisture content at a relatively idea level.The best ideal auxiliary material for combined composting of pepper stalk and wheat straw is chicken manure.
