产地、采收期及干燥方式对连翘药用成分含量的影响

摘  要:
为了探明不同产地和不同采收期连翘中药用成分含量的差异,采集了河北、河南和山西连翘主产区的青翘和老翘样品,检测连翘苷和连翘酯苷A这2种药用成分的含量,并在河北涉县从5月下旬至9月下旬每隔10 d采集一次青翘样品,检测自然晾晒和汽蒸烘干的不同干燥处理方法下药用成分的含量变化。结果表明:不同产地连翘药用成分含量存在明显的差异,连翘的药用成分含量排序:河北>山西>河南;青翘中药用成分含量高于老翘;采后汽蒸烘干处理较自然晾晒能够更好地保存药用成分。

摘  要:
In order to find out the differences in the content of traditional Chinese medicine components of forsythia from different producing areas and different harvesting periods,the samples of green fructus forsythiae and grown fructus forsythiae from Hebei,Henan and Shanxi were harvested,and the contents of phillyrin and forsythiaside A were detected,and every 10 days from late May to late September in Shexian County,Hebei Province,the samples of green fructus forsythiae were harvested for one time,and the change of the content of medicinal components under two drying methods of natural drying and steam drying was detected.The results showed that there were obvious differences in the content of medicinal components of forsythia from different places.The order of the content of medicinal components of forsythia from high to low was Hebei,Shanxi,Henan;the content of medicinal components of green fructus forsythiae was higher than that of grown fructus forsythiae;the treatment of steaming and drying after harvest was better than that of natural drying,which can better preserve the medicinal ingredients.
