不同光周期对茅苍术营养生长期生长及生理生化指标的影响

摘  要:
【目的】探讨不同光周期对营养生长期茅苍术生长的影响,为人工规范化栽培茅苍术确定适宜的光周期提供参考依据。【方法】以一年生茅苍术种苗为试验材料,在人工气候室内进行试验,按照光照时间由短到长设4个光周期处理,分别为光照10 h、光照12 h(CK)、光照14 h和光照16 h。每隔7 d测定茅苍术的株高、茎粗和叶片数等生长指标及叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理生化指标;试验第30 d,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取茅苍术根茎中的挥发油,并计算不同处理挥发油的提取率。【结果】随着处理时间的延长,各处理组茅苍术的株高整体呈上升趋势,处理后期(第21~28 d)株高随光周期的延长呈不断增加趋势,光照16 h处理出现最高值(38.40 cm)。各处理茅苍术幼苗的生理指标在处理初期均无显著差异(P>0.05),随着处理时间的延长,不同处理间差异增大,至第28 d时,茎粗、叶片数、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量及POD活性均随光周期的延长呈先增后减的变化趋势,在光照14 h时达最高值,分别为2.37 mm、25.17片、182.67 mg/g、5.90 mg/g和4898.96 U/gFW;茅苍术根茎中的挥发油提取率同样随光周期的延长呈先升后降的变化趋势,光照14 h处理的挥发油提取率最高,为11.06 mL/g。【结论】在光照14 h处理下,一年生茅苍术种苗的株高相对较高,茎粗最粗,叶片数最多,且叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量及挥发油提取率最高,是茅苍术营养生长期较适宜的光周期。

摘  要:
【Objective】To explore the effect of different photoperiods on the growth of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. in vegetative growth period and to provide theoretical basis for determining the suitable photoperiod of A. lancea in artificial standardized cultivation.【Method】The experiment was carried out in artificial climate with annual seedling of A.lancea as experimental material. According to the illumination time from short to long,four light cycles were set up,which were light 10 h,light 12 h(CK),light 14 h and light 16 h,respectively. The growth indexes such as plant height,stem diameter and leaf number,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content and peroxidase(POD)activity were determined every7 d. On the 30 thday of the experiment,the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,and the extraction rate of volatile oil was calculated.【Result】With the extension of the treatment time,the plant height of A. lancea in each treatment group increased as a whole. At the later stage of treatment(21-28 d),the plant height of each treatment increased with the extension of the photoperiod,and the highest value(38.40 cm)was observed in the light treatment at 16 h. There was no significant difference in the physiological indexes of the seedlings at the initial stage of treatment(P>0.05). As the treatment time increased,the difference between the different treatments increased. On the 28 thday,the stem diameter,leaf number,soluble protein content,chlorophyll content and POD activity all increased first and then decreased with the extension of the light cycle,whose values were 2.37 mm,25.17 tablets,182.67 mg/g,5.90 mg/g and 4898.96 U/gFW. The extraction rate of volatile oil in rhizome also increased first and then decreased with the increase of photoperiod of the change trend,the extraction rate of volatile oil treated by illumination for 14 h was the highest at 11.06 m L/g.【Conclusion】Under the 14 h light treatment,the plant height of the annual seedling is relatively high,the stem is the thickest,the number of leaves is the largest,and the chlorophyll and soluble protein content and the extraction rate of volatile oil are the highest. It is the most suitable light period in the vegetative growth period.
