中国传统文化与社会工作价值伦理的契合与冲突

摘  要:
产生于西方的社会工作应用在中国的情境中,存在着本土化的议题。在价值伦理的"地方性"的建构上,中国传统文化的角色和价值何在,中国的传统文化中"和"的思想、"天人合一"、"无为"、"众生平等"以及人道主义思想,都为社会工作伦理的本土化贡献了重要的文化养料。同时,"人情债"、"关系"、"家长作风"、"内修"等观念也反映了与专业社会工作伦理的冲突和矛盾之处。

摘  要:
In the context of western social work in China, there are issues of localization. In theconstruction of the‘local'value ethics, where are the role and value of Chinese traditional culture? The thoughtof"harmony"in Chinese traditional culture,"the unity of heaven and man","Inaction"and"equality"as wellas the humanitarianism thought provide the important cultural nourishment for the localization of social workethics. At the same time,"debt of gratitude"and"relationship"and"paternalism"inside the concept alsoreflects ethical conflicts and contradictions in professional social work.
