剑叶金鸡菊化感作用对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要：
通过用剑叶金鸡菊根、茎、叶的不同浓度的抽提液处理白菜种子,分析它们对白菜种子萌发的化感作用.结果表明:除浓度为1∶60的茎提取液外,剑叶金鸡菊根、茎、叶抽提液均显著抑制白菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长;剑叶金鸡菊器官抽提液的抑制强弱由强到弱依次表现为叶、根、茎.

摘  要：
The allelopathic effect of extract from the roots,stem and leaves of Coreopsis lanceolata L.at different concentrations on seed germination of cabbage(Brassica chinensis L.)was studied.The results showed that with the exception of leaf extract at 1∶60,all C.lanceolata extract treatments in the study restrained seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage.The restraining effect increased with extract concentration and appeared in the order of root > leaf > stem.
