树干注射器药液精量控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对传统的树木药物注射器械存在的操作复杂费力、药量不能精确控制、效率低等问题,提出了一种基于PIC单片机控制的步进电机注射系统,达到对树木进行精量药物注射的目的。该系统采用PIC18F458作为微处理器控制芯片,利用步进电机驱动丝杆运动,完成药物的提取与注射;系统设置有显示系统与按键系统等人机交互界面,从而实现定时、定量、定速地完成注射任务。实验结果表明,系统具有良好的实用性和性价比,具有很好的推广前景。

摘  要:
For traditional pesticide injection equipment of trees had some short coming as complex operating,laborious,dose can not be precisely controlled and low efficiency,a injection system was put forward,based on PIC microcontroller step motor controlling,with the purpose of precision pesticide injection for trees.The system uses a microprocessor control chip PIC18F458,and stepping motor driven screw motion to complete the extraction and injection of pesticide,while the system is also equipped with display system and key systems,interactive interface,so as to carry out the injection task duly,quantitative and in fixed speed.The results show that the system has good practicability and cost-effective,with good prospects of popularization.
