中国农业融资体系的困境及对策

摘  要：
大力发展农业,实现农业现代化,是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。但目前发展相对滞后的农业经济与落后的农村融资体系已呈现出恶性循环之势。改善农业的融资环境,充分发挥金融在农业经济发展中的支持和推动作用,应成为实现农业现代化和解决“三农”问题的突破口。分析了目前我国农业融资体系的困境,提出建立和完善多元化农业投融资体系的对策。

The agricultural development and modernization are the fundamental way.The present relatively developed agricultural economy and agricultural financing systems seem to get into a vicious circle.Improving the financing environment and making the best use of finance's upholding and driving functions in agriculture development should be the breakthroughs in modernizing the agriculture and solving Three-Agriculture problem.
