摘  要：
在"一带一路"的发展历程中,我国在经济和贸易层面的主动地位正逐渐被世界所认同。而在国内,越来越多的国企也选择加入到海外投资阵营中,为"一带一路"的发展趋势提供了不少的活性能源。但在实际的投资过程中,国内企业常因缺少必要的项目评估和所投资国家形式动荡的因素,使得投资过程与结果都存在一定的法律风险特征,因此为了稳定国有企业海外投资的实际价值及安全性,文章特此对相关法律保护机制进行研究。

摘  要：
in the development process of "The Belt and Road" in the active position of China in the economic and trade level is gradually recognized by the world. In China, more and more enterprises will choose to join the camp in overseas investment, provides energy for many activities "development trend of The Belt and Road". But in the actual process of investment, domestic enterprises often lack the necessary factors for project evaluation and investment form national unrest, making the investment process and results are the characteristics of certain legal risks, so to the actual value of the safety and stability of the overseas investment of state-owned enterprises, the article hereby analyze the relevant legal protection mechanism.
