中国是肉类生产和消费大国,肉制品加工业也是我国的优势产业之一。2010年我国肉类食品工业面临着新的机遇和挑战,应加快肉类食品工业的发展步伐,推广国际先进水平的生产装备和工艺技术,从整体上提升肉类生产水平。本文综述了肉类食品产业发展所面临的形势和任务。
