半挂牵引车动力传动系匹配的研究

摘  要:
汽车能源的消耗不仅与发动机和底盘的制造水平有关,还与汽车传动系的动力匹配有关。本文以长途运输车辆为研究对象,探索通过对变速器速比与后桥主减速比的匹配选优,以提高车辆的动力性和经济性的方法。并以欧曼BJ4141半挂牵引车动力传动系的优化匹配为例,对车辆动力传动系统的匹配方法进行了分析。动力传动系匹配合理的车辆不但动力性、经济性好,而且操纵舒适。车辆动力传动系匹配应考虑车辆运输的特点、公路发展的状况、发动机底盘制造情况等。

摘  要:
The energy consumption of automobile relates to not only the manufacture level of engine and chassis but also the power matching of transmission system. This paper faces to the long-distance vehicle,makes an attempt at raising the dynamics and economy performance by optimal matching of transmission ratio and the final drive ratio of rear axle,then takes example on the matching of semitrailer power transmission system of the Auman BJ4141,analyzes the matching method of power transmission system. The reasonable matching vehicle has good dynamica and economy performance,and comfortable handling. The power matching of transmission system should get around to the feature of transportation,the condition of highway development and the manufacture level of engine and chassis etc.
