高温热处理对木材力学性能的影响

摘  要:
以毛白杨(Populus tomentosa)、云杉(Picea asperata)和樟子松(Pinus sylvestris)为试验材料,通过蒸汽热处理,研究热处理条件变化对该3种木材的抗弯强度(MOR)、抗弯弹性模量(MOE)及顺纹抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高和处理时间的延长,3种木材的MOR、MOE和顺纹抗压强度均降低;与对照样相比,毛白杨在180℃以下,云杉和樟子松在190℃以下,木材主要力学强度没有降低;毛白杨超过190℃,云杉和樟子松超过200℃,随着温度的升高,强度降低;毛白杨超过200℃,云杉和樟子松超过210℃强度降低的更快。总之,毛白杨热处理温度不超过200℃,云杉和樟子松热处理不超过210℃。

摘  要:
Wood specimens of Populous tomentosa,Picea asperataand Pinus sylvestris were treated at high temperature to study the effects on MOR,MOEand compressive strength parallel to grain.The results showed that increasing both the temperature and time,MOR,MOEand compressive strength parallel to grain decreased.Compared with the controls,P tomentosa at 180℃,P.asperata and P.sylvestris at 190℃,the main mechanical strengths did not decrease.When P.tomentosa was treated at the temperatures above 190℃,P.asperata and P.sylvestris above 200℃,their mechanical strengths decreased.If the temperature increased sequentially,the mechanical strengths decreased more rapidly.In a word,for P.tomentosa,the treatment temperature should not exceed 200℃,and for P.asperataand P.sylvestrise treatment temperature should not exceed 210℃.
