某SUV型电动汽车空调系统问题研究

摘  要:
为解决某SUV电动汽车空调系统问题的产生原因及传递路径,运用试验方法,通过修改压缩机排气管路,使车内噪声降低6.6 dB(A),由此得出此车问题是由电动压缩机振动与管路产生共振,并通过"压缩机——管路——膨胀阀/空调管路管夹——车内"这两条路径传递到车内,引起车内噪声问题.

摘  要:
To solve the problem of air-condition system of the SUV interior noise, find its reasons and paths. The SUV interior noise reduces about 6.6 dB(A) by changing the compressor exhaust pipeline in this paper. So it is concluded that the noise is caused by motor-drive-compressor and pipeline's resonance, and transmitted to interior through ‘compressor-pipeline-thermal expansion valve/air conditioner pipe clip-interior'.
