摘  要：
众所周知,当今社会的发展日新月异,而如果不能顺应时代潮流,跟上社会的发展,那任何事物和事件都会被社会淘汰,作为社会主要力量的高校图书馆更是任重道远。谈及高校图书馆创新,不外乎涉及硬件设施和软件设施两个大的方面。硬件设施与当地经济和文化发展程度、学校的具体规模和当地人民的思想文化程度都有很大的关系。笔者主要考虑在文化创意冲击下的高校图书馆在软件设施如服务上可做的更改和创意实现。

摘  要：
As everyone knows, the development of today's society changes quickly, and if we can not adapt to the trend and social perspective, any things and events will be eliminated. Thus university library as the main power of society has shouldered heavy responsibilities. The innovation of university library involves two major aspects of hardware facilities and software facilities. And the hardware facilities have a great relationship with local economy and culture development, specific size of school and local people. This paper mainly considered the changes and creative realization of university library in software facilities under the impact of cultural creativity.
