RP-HPLC法测定健胃散中枸橼酸含量

摘要：

建立RP-HPLC法测定健胃散中枸橼酸含量的方法。用十八烷基键合硅胶柱分离枸橼酸,以0.5%磷酸二氢铵溶液(用磷酸调pH值至3.0)为流动相,检测波长210 nm。枸橼酸在1.0-15.0μg(r=0.999 9,n=6)范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为Y=67.88X+1.577(r=0.9999,n=6);平均回收率为97.75%,RSD为1.62%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速,可用于健胃散中枸橼酸含量测定。

摘要：

To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of citric acid in Jianwei San,a reverse-phase C18 column was used,the mobile phase was 0.5 mol/L ammonium biphosphate solution(adjusted the pH value to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)and the determination wave length was 210 nm.The results showed that the linear range of citric acid was 1.0-15.0 μg,the linear equation was Y=67.88X+1.577(r=0.999 9,n=6),and the average recovery was 97.75% with RSD of 1.62%(n=6).The method was simple,fast and suitable for the determination of citric acid in Jianwei San.
