陕西观音山国家级自然保护区东凉公路动物通道有效性监测

摘 要:
2014年1-6月,使用型号Ltl-6210红外相机对陕西观音山国家级自然保护区东凉公路动物通道有效性进行了监测,结果表明:羚牛、鬣羚、豹猫、果子狸、黄鼬、青鼬、家犬7种兽类利用通道进行迁移,不同动物对通道的利用频次之间显差异显著(p<0.01),羚牛对通道的利用率最高,为36.07%,东凉公路动物通道利用频繁区域主要集中在寸沟至凉风垭之间,桥梁式通道的利用率高于缓坡形式通道(p<0.01)。从通道利用的时间来看,1月份最高(41.67%),6月最低(5.00%),并呈现出周期性变动。采取东凉公路桥梁(涵洞)的改造、建立路基缓坡、设置标识牌等方式,可有效地促进公路两侧野生动物的迁移,降低和减缓该公路对野生动物的阻隔影响。

摘 要:
From January to June in 2014,surveillances by infrared camera(type Ltl-6210)were applied to monitor the wildlife movement along a country road in Guanyinshan National Nature Reserve.The result showed that a total of 7mammal species were photographed,which are Budorcas taxicolor,Capricornis sumatraensis,Felis bengalensis,Paguma larvata,Mustela sibirica,Martes flavigula and Canis familiaris.Corridor utilization by wildlife is analyzed based on a Relative Effective Index(REI).The highest rate of REI in the 7 mammal species is Budorcas taxicolor with the proportion reaching36.17%.REI among wildlife differs very significantly(p<0.01).The high frequency of utilization by wildlife is concentrated in the period between Cungou to Liangfengya.the Use of bridge for migration is superior to the gentle slopes(p<0.01).In terms of temporal aspect,January is highly used by wildlife crossing,which is about 41.67% and Jule March is less used,which is 5.0%,reflecting a cyclical pattern.Through retrofitting the bridge and culvert,building roadbed slope,setting the signage and so on,the migration of wildlife through the corridor on both sides of the road was promoted effectively.
