藏羊巨型住肉孢子虫体外培养方法的建立

摘  要：
为了建立青海藏羊巨型住肉孢子虫体外培养方法,以贴壁生长和形态完整的非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero)作为宿主细胞,将青海藏羊巨型住肉孢子虫缓殖子(1.25×104个/mL)接种于宿主细胞,连续培养21d,期间观察记录其生长发育状况。结果表明,藏羊巨型住肉孢子虫在Vero细胞中生长良好,并在培养液中观察到游离的虫体卵囊,21d后均可分离、纯化出新一代的缓殖子。说明在实验室条件下,成功建立了藏羊巨型住肉孢子虫稳定的体外培养方法。

摘  要：
This paper studied culture methord in vitro for Sarcocystis giganteafrom Qinghai Tibetan sheep using adherent and intact African green monkey kidney cells(Vero)as host cells.Qinghai Tibetan sheep Sarcocystis gigantea bradyzoites(1.25×104/mL)were inoculated into the host cells and cultured for twenty-one consecutive days.The growth and development of the host cells were observed and recorded by using a microscopic imaging system.The experimental results showed that the Sarcocystis gigantea of Tibetan sheep grew well in Vero cells,and free oocysts were observed in the culture solution,the new generation of bradyzoites was able to be isolated and purified after twenty-one days.A stable culture in vitro method for Sarcocystis giganteafrom Tibetan sheep was successfully established under laboratory conditions.
