小型水库群坝风险指数排序分析方法研究

摘  要：
群坝风险分析是在每座水库大坝风险分析的基础上,把某一管辖范围内的大坝风险分析情况进行评价,确定资金流向和加固排序,提出经济高效的降低风险的策略。本文以区域小型水库为研究对象进行群坝风险分析方法研究,以泰安市岱岳区小型病险水库的风险排序为例,根据风险指数大小对水库做加固排序、进行资金调配,为目前正在开展的小型水库除险加固决策工作提供理论指导。

摘  要：
Group-dam risk analysis is a sort of method,which determine capital flows and risk ranking,increase the cost-effective strategy for risk reduction on the basis of risk analysis of each dam through assessing the risk analysis a dam under the jurisdiction.This paper intended for study the group-dam risk analysis of Small reservoirs in Daiyue District of Tai'an City.The risk-based index of reinforcement size on the order of the reservoir and the flow of capital to adjust for the ongoing small reservoir reinforcement were studied.The results will provide theoretical guidance in decision-making and risk-based.
