哈尔滨市西郊野狼湖圈养狼产仔与育幼期行为观察

摘 要：
2013年5月在黑龙江省哈尔滨市西郊野狼湖,采用焦点动物取样法(Focal-animal sampling)对一对圈养狼育幼期行为进行监测。通过视频观察定义狼育幼期行为,详述雌狼生产过程及幼仔行为发育过程,确定狼生产前后行为节律差异变化规律及雌狼育幼期新增的哺乳、舔仔、叼仔、寻仔及与仔游戏等5种母性行为在幼仔发育不同时期的节律差异。将新生的一月龄幼仔划分为3个生长阶段,确定幼仔行为发育规律;针对狼在育幼期出现异常行为进行分析,提出保护建议,提高幼仔成活率,为下一步进行狼犬杂交培育新品种提供理论和技术参考。

摘 要：
May 2013 in wolf lake in Harbin, the writer observed one couple of Canis lupus campestris producing and nursing season behavior by using the method of Focal- animal sampling. The writer determined a definition of wolf behavior during the producing and nursing season through the vido. The writer expatiated the process of female wolf producing and pups' behavior development. Confirmed the change regulation of the wolf behavior before and after producing and the rhythm difference of five kinds of maternal behavior include lactating, licking pup, nibbling pup, researching pup and play with pup which increased during the nursing season in different periods of pups' development. At the same time, confirmed the regulation of one-month-old newborn pups' behavior development which were divided into three periods,At last, analysed the abnormal behavior during the nursing season. Put forward some suggestion for increasing the survival percent of pups, to provide the reference for wolf and canine hybridizing.
