利用地热水进行罗氏沼虾越冬试验

摘  要:
利用地热水作热源对罗氏沼虾进行越冬试验。在越冬池中心离池底30cm高架设用钢管连接地热水源的散热片,升温越冬池水,用阀门调节热水进水量和水温。定时充气增氧,每天排污,换水20~30%。每半月大换水,彻底排污。投喂人工配饵,消毒防病。试验证明:越冬初期(10~11月)水温控制在22~24℃,中期(12月~翌年1月)水温控制在20~22℃,后期(2~3月)水温控制在24~27℃,溶氧保持3mg/L以上,能加速越冬虾生长和性腺发育,促进交尾和抱卵,提高越冬成活率。

摘  要:
Using geothermal water as a heal source, an experiment on the overwintering of Macrobrachium rosenbergii had been carried out. At the pond centre, 30cm above the bottom, a thermdytic apparatus which was connected with the hot water pipe was equipped. The water supply was controlled by a tap by which the pond water temperature was regulated. The main cultural technique was as follows: aeratcd to increase the dissolved oxygen, exchanged 20~30 % of the pond waler everyday and a larger part of the pond water every half month to clean the pond absolutely, fed the shrimp with diets, disinfected to prevent disease, kept the water temperature at 22~24℃ during October and November, 20~22℃ during December and January,24~27℃ during the last days,kept the DO above 3 mg/ L all the time. The result showed that, these technique can accelarate the growth and the gonadal development of the wintering shrimp and stimulate the coupling and egg-laying,improve the wintering survival rate.
