民族地区小学教师新课程改革文化适应性研究——以新疆南疆地区为例

摘  要:
旨在通过民族地区小学教师对新课程改革文化适应状况的调查,了解教师的真实态度,进而从小学教师的教学体验出发,对新课程自身的特点、教师的关注角度、校内外对教师的信任度及课程改革带来的结果等进行分析,对他们实施新课程的行为意向及其实际行为作深入剖析,以探讨影响民族地区新课程改革的主要阻滞因素,并就如何增强民族地区小学教师对新课程改革的文化适应度提出建议。

摘  要:
This research is aimed at primary school teachers in ethnic regions by the new curriculum culture,to understand the situation investigation of a primary school teachers in ethnic areas of the curriculum reform,and from the real attitude minority elementary teachers' teaching experience for the new course,teachers,and its own characteristics of concern for teachers,trust and off as a result of the curriculum reform is analyzed,and the implementation of the new curriculum for their actual behavior and behavioral intentions,to explore new course main influence factors block,and how to strengthen national regions of the new course of primary school teachers' culture fitness Suggestions.
