几种生物杀菌剂对食用菌脉孢霉的抑制作用

摘  要:
[目的]探讨几种生物杀菌剂对脉孢霉及常见菇体的影响,为生物农药应用于食用菌病害防治提供参考。[方法]测定了4种生物杀菌剂对脉孢霉及3种常见食用真菌的菌丝生长抑制效果。[结果]井冈霉素、宁南霉素和乙蒜素对脉孢霉及3种食用菌菌丝的抑制率均高于60%,40 mg/kg中生菌素对脉孢霉的菌丝生长抑制率为100%,而对食用菌菌丝的抑制率低于10%。[结论]中生菌素是食用菌生产中防治脉孢霉的优良候选药剂。

摘  要:
[Objective] Inhibitory effects of several biological fungicides on Neurospora sp. in edible fungus were studied to provide reference for the application of biological pesticide in disease controlling of edible fungus. [Method]The inhibitory effects of four kinds of biological fungicide on Neurospora sp. and three kinds of common edible fungus were tested by growth rate method. [Result]The inhibitory rates of Validamycin,Ningnanmycin and Ethylicin on Neurospora sp. and three kinds of common edible fungus were both higher than 60%,and the inhibitory rate of Zhongshengmycin in 40 mg / kg for Neurospora sp. was 100%,but the inhibition rate of Zhongshengmycin on edible fungus was less than 10%. [Conclusion]Zhongshengmycin is the good candidate drug for prevention and control of Neurospora sp. in the production of edible fungus.
