间情期银黑狐腔前卵泡卵泡细胞的超微结构

摘  要:
为了研究间情期银黑狐腔前卵泡卵泡细胞的超微结构,试验通过透射电子显微镜对卵泡细胞进行超微结构观察、拍照,11月份采集的5只2岁健康银黑狐左侧卵巢共5枚,选择腔前卵泡1~5个(共计20个原始卵泡、25个初级卵泡、18个次级卵泡)进行观察研究。结果表明:卵泡细胞在原始卵泡阶段,线粒体、内质网大多较少,未见高尔基体;发育到初级卵泡阶段后,线粒体、内质网数量开始增多,高尔基体罕见,有少量脂滴出现;而在次级卵泡阶段,所含线粒体、内质网数量进一步增多,高尔基体和脂滴数量未见明显变化,微丝成簇分布。线粒体、内质网的变化趋势与其他哺乳动物基本一致,但高尔基体和间隙连接出现时间较晚。说明间情期银黑狐卵泡细胞逐渐具备辅助卵母细胞成熟的典型特征。

摘  要:
To study the ultrastructure of the follicle cells of preantral follicles in silver fox a transmission electron microscope was used for observing and photographing the ultrastructure of follicle cells. Five left- side ovaries were collected from five two- year- old silver foxes in November. One to five preantral follicles were collected from every ovary,and a total of twenty primordial follicles,twenty- five primary follicles and eighteen secondary follicles were selected to observe and study their ultrastructures using transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that there were only a few mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulums; the Golgi apparatus was invisible at the stage of primordial follicles. With the development of primary follicles,the amounts of the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum began to increase; while the Golgi apparatus was still rare,and few lipid droplets appeared in the stage. At the secondary follicles stage,the amounts of the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum further increased,but there were no significant changes in the amounts of the Golgi apparatus and lipid droplets,and the microfilaments were in a clustered distribution. The changing trends of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of silver- black fox were consistent with those of other mammals during dioestrus. However,its Golgi apparatus and gap junction appeared later than those of the others. The results indicate that the follicle cells of the silver- black fox gradually have typical characteristics to assist the oocyte maturation.
