番茄幼苗叶片三种同工酶的比较

摘  要:
番茄幼苗叶片的过氧化物酶,多酚氧化酶及酸性磷酸酶同工酶在不同番茄品系间不存在质的差别,但明显受到温度的影响。在25℃下培养,番茄幼苗叶片中产生过氧化物酶同工酶带共11条,多酚氧化酶同工酶酶带共9条。在34℃下培养,番茄幼苗叶片中只产生过氧化物酶同工酶酶带10条,比25℃下减少1条酶带(Rf 0.08);多酚氧化酶同工酶酶带11条,比25℃下增加2条酶带(Rf 0.13和Rf 0.67)。四叶期番茄幼苗叶片产生酸性磷酸酶同工酶带共4条,但在25℃或34℃下继续培养10天的大龄幼苗均只有3条酶带,然而在两种温度下分别出现特异的同工酶酶带(25℃,Rf 0.76;34℃,R 0.26)。 简要讨论了这三种同工酶酶谱变化可能涉及的生理学意义。

摘  要:
The isozymes of peroxidase, polyphenoloxidase and acid phosphatase in leaves of tomato seedlings were analysed by polyacrylamide electro-phoresis. Results showed that there was no qualitative difference in the pattern of these three isoenzymes between tomato lines, but they were strikingly affected by temperature. Tomato seedlings grown at 25 ℃ produced 11 bands of iso-peroxidase and 9 bands of iso-polyphenoloxidase. However,those grown at 34℃ produced 10 bands of iso-peroxidase lacking the band of Rf 0.28; 11 bands of iso-polyphenoloxidase gaining bands of Rf 0.13 and Rf 0.67. Four bands of acid phosphatase isozyme were detected in seedlings of 4-leaf stage but only 3 bands were found when the seedlings continued to be grown for 10 additional days at 25℃ or 34℃. However, it is interesting that there was a band of this isoenzyme specific to each of the two groups of seedlings grown at the two temperatures, i. e. band Rf 0.76 for 25℃ and Rf 0.26 for 34℃. The possible physiological significance of alterations in the constitution of these isoenzymes in tomato seedlings is discussed.
