温克葡萄果实品质的动态变化

摘  要:
为提高温克葡萄的果实品质和产量,改进其生长发育关键时期的栽培管理水平,于开花后第7天开始至果实完全成熟期间每隔7d对果实单果重和可溶性固形物的动态变化规律进行观察与测定。结果表明:温克葡萄果实单果重和可溶性固形物含量的变化均呈明显的双"S"曲线,即果实单果重在开花后7~35d和105~119d分别有1个快速增长期;果实可溶性固形物含量在开花后14~28d和63~119d分别有1个增长高峰。建议生产上在开花后7~35d和开花后105~119d时加强肥水管理。

摘  要:
In order to improve Wenk grape fruit quality and yield,and improve its cultivation and management level in key growth and development period,the dynamic change regulations of single fruit weight and soluble solid content every eight days were observed and determined during seven days after flowering of fully mature fruit.Results:Both of single fruit weight and soluble solid content presented double"S"variation curve,two rapid growth periods of single fruit weight were observed during 7~35d and 105~119dafter flowering,that of soluble solid content were observed during 14~28dand 63~119d after flowering.It is suggested to strengthen nutrient and water management during 7~35dand 105~119dafter flowering.
