两种壁材迷迭香精油脂质体包埋效果的比较

摘  要:
精油属于小分子菘烯类化合物,极易挥发、易被氧化。本研究采用常见迷迭香精油为实验材料,利用脂质体技术对其进行包埋后再添加入产品,能有效稳定精油,并延长使用寿命。实验采用乙醇注入-超声法制备迷迭香精油脂质体,选取蛋黄卵磷脂和神经酰胺为壁材,以包埋率、形态粒径、预期寿命、保留率以及包埋前后精油成分种类的变化为标准,评价两种壁材的包埋效果。结果表明,以蛋黄卵磷脂为壁材的产品,粒径分布多分散性系数约低0.065,分布更为均匀;以神经酰胺为壁材的产品,平均包埋率约高21.1%,平均粒径约低63.1nm,稳定性表现更加良好,综合来看包埋效果优于前者。其最佳工艺条件为芯壁质量比1∶4,PBS的pH值为6.8,水合温度50℃,水合速度1 000r/min,产品平均包埋率88.3%±1.2%。

摘  要:
Rosemary essential oil is a multicomponent compound.Its chemical properties are unstable and volatile,resulting in losses and invalid during application.Adding liposome encapsulated essential oil to the product can stabilize essential oil,and prolong service life.In the study,ethanol injection-ultrasonic method was selected to prepare the rosemary essential oil liposome.Embedding effects of egg yolk lecithin and ceramide as wall materials were evaluated by a series of indicators like encapsulation efficiency,appearance form,particle diameter,life expectancy,retention rate and the variety of essential oil components.The results showed that the sample of egg yolk lecithin as wall material has 0.065 lower particle size multidispersion coefficient.The particle size distribution is more uniform.The sample of ceramide as wall material has 21.1% higher average encapsulation rate,63.1lower average particle size and more stable.In brief,ceramide is better than egg yolk lecithin.The optimum technological conditions are obtained as follows:essential oil∶wall material=1∶4,pH value of PBS buffer solution is 6.8,hydration temperature is50℃,and hydration rate is 1 000r/min.The average encapsulation efficiency is 88.3%±1.2%.
